AG’s Community Connection Program allows associates the opportunity to opt-in for weekly payroll deductions that are dispersed to a variety of local organizations in need. Benefiting causes are first vetted by an internal committee to ensure funds are going to organizations that are in alignment with our mission and are close to our employees’ hearts. Additionally, AG contributes a 25% match to all employee donations, resulting in more than $1.4 million in community donations over the last 20 years.
